 RW3 INC has worked in Engine packaging with components such as: Snow shields, Heat shields under body, Battery bracket engine wire harness routing, Hose routing Tube routing, Air bag installations for Trans Passenger vehicle for Nissan, Passenger compartment, Foot zones for Accelerator Speed control system, Exhaust, Fuel lines, Trans hose routing, Mechanisms: Wind deflector for retractable roof throttle body rotation wo/id, Engine roll for Clearance study, 95% Oscars H-point for seat positioning for pedal Design, Interior trim design:  B-Pillar, Center Console Over Head console, weather seal: Sectional development Door to body seal gap, B-line flange to inner flange offset, seal flat on jam surface Sectional development for feasibility studies, Sheet Metal design interior A_ Pillar,  B_ Pillar

Creating design parameters to meet the requirements of assemblies various packaging standards. I bring several years of automotive design experience, which has allowed me to become versatile in several aspects of the industry. I also have worked with different military vehicles such as the Military hummer.

10 years working in Catia V5, 3-year Team Center, and 17 years in SDRC Ideas NX Design, 4 year Unigraphics NX5/NX6, Metaphase, TDM, C3p Standards along with the detail program of Ideas.
